1. Preparing the Seat Post
Ensure the seat post diameter (31.6 mm) matches your bicycle frame's seat tube diameter. Clean the inside of the seat tube and apply a thin layer of grease or carbon paste if recommended by your frame manufacturer.

2. Installing the Seat Post into the Frame
- Insert the seat post into the bicycle's seat tube.
- Ensure the seat post is inserted beyond the minimum insertion line marked on the post. The minimum insertion height is 137 mm.

3. Attaching the Saddle
