4. സജ്ജീകരണം

6. Reinstall the outer flange and tighten the blade retaining nut firmly with the wrench while holding the spindle lock button.

The cutting depth can be adjusted to suit the thickness of the material. Loosen the depth adjustment knob, move the base plate to the desired depth, and then securely tighten the knob. The maximum cutting capacity is 46mm at a 90-degree angle.

4.3 Adjusting Cutting Angle (Bevel)

For angled cuts, loosen the bevel adjustment knob, tilt the base plate to the desired angle between 0° and 45°, and then tighten the knob. The maximum cutting capacity at a 45-degree angle is 30mm.

4.4 Water Cooling System Setup (for wet cutting)

When cutting materials like marble or porcelain tiles, a water cooling system is recommended to reduce dust and prolong blade life. Connect the drip hose and irrigation accessory to the saw and a water source using the tap connection. Ensure water flows adequately to the blade during operation.

5.3 Cutting Different Materials
