The Reboot RBM2000 is a versatile 5-in-1 multi-process welding machine designed for various welding applications. It supports MIG Gas, Gasless MIG (Flux-cored), ARC/MMA, Spot Welding, and Lift TIG functions.

Connect the welding machine to a 240V AC power supply. Ensure the power outlet is properly grounded and can handle the machine's current requirements.

4.2 Wire Spool Installation (MIG/Flux-cored)

The RBM2000 supports 2 lb (1 kg) rolls of 0.030"/.035"/.040" solid wire and flux-cored wire.

1. Open the wire feed compartment.
2. Place the wire spool onto the spindle, ensuring it rotates freely.
3. Thread the wire through the guide tube and into the drive roller mechanism.
4. Adjust the drive roller tension to prevent slipping or crushing the wire.

4.3 Gas Connection (Gas MIG)

For Gas MIG welding, connect the provided gas hose to the gas inlet on the machine and to your shielding gas cylinder (e.g., Argon, CO2, or Argon/CO2 mix). Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.

4.4 Connecting Welding Cables

Connect the MIG torch, ground clamp, and electrode holder (for MMA) to their respective terminals on the front panel. Ensure connections are tight.

5.3 Synergic Control

The machine features synergic control, simplifying parameter setup. When using MIG, adjusting the current automatically changes the voltage for optimal welding performance. This makes it easier for both beginners and experienced welders.

5.4 Welding Tips

• Arc Starting: The machine is designed for easier arc starting.
• Anti-Stick Function: Helps prevent the electrode from sticking to the workpiece, allowing for easy removal.
