4.5 Pet Care

EMO features a unique 'pet care' system. It can simulate getting sick with weather changes or other environmental factors. You can interact with EMO by rubbing or shaking it, just like a real pet. For touch interactions, ensure you increase the touch area and apply a little pressure on its head for better response.

7.2 Could not connect to WiFi or WiFi disconnects constantly?

• Use 2.4Ghz WiFi only. EMO does not support 5Ghz networks.
• Try connecting to a different WiFi network if available.
• EMO may have difficulty connecting to networks with overly complicated passwords or no password. Simplify your password if possible, or add a password if none exists.

7.3 EMO's sound is very low?

• Try using the voice command: "EMO, turn up the volume."
• You can also manually adjust the volume within the EMOPET App.

7.4 EMO can not understand your voice commands?

• Ensure you are pronouncing EMO's name and commands correctly.
• Increase the sensitivity level for voice recognition in the EMOPET App. This can make EMO more responsive to calls and easier to wake up.
• If issues persist, you may have the option to upload your voice data to the manufacturer for inclusion in future updates.

7.5 EMO does not respond when I touch its head?

• Increase the touch area when petting EMO's head.
• Apply a little pressure during the interaction.
