Sealing Dry Foods

Place the open end of your vacuum sealer bag into the vacuum channel. Close the lid firmly until it latches. Select the 'Dry' setting and press 'Vacuum & Seal'. The machine will automatically remove air and then seal the bag.

Sealing Liquid Foods with LiquidLock™

For moist or liquid-rich foods, position the bag with the liquid contents below the sealing area. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum channel. Close the lid firmly. Select the 'Liquid' setting and press 'Vacuum & Seal'. The LiquidLock™ technology will prevent liquids from being drawn into the machine during the vacuum process, ensuring a clean and effective seal.

Using the Canister Sealing Function

Attach the included adapter hose to the accessory port on the vacuum sealer and to your vacuum canister (sold separately). Select the 'Canister' setting and press 'Vacuum & Seal'. The machine will remove air from the canister, ideal for delicate items or marinating.

Marinating Foods

To marinate foods quickly, place your food and marinade in a vacuum bag or canister. Select the 'Marinate' setting. The sealer will cycle through vacuum and release phases, allowing the marinade to penetrate the food faster than traditional methods.
