Inserting Lead

1. Locate the push-button mechanism at the top of the pencil (where the eraser is located).
2. Press and hold the push-button firmly. This will open the lead clutch at the tip of the pencil.
3. While holding the button, insert a 2.0mm lead refill into the opening at the tip. Push the lead gently until it is fully seated.
4. Release the push-button. The lead should now be securely held in place.
5. To advance the lead, simply press the push-button once. The lead will extend slightly. Repeat as needed.

Using the Brass Lead Sharpener

The included 2mm brass sharpener is designed to create a fine point on your 2.0mm lead.

1. Remove the cap from the brass sharpener.
2. Insert the exposed tip of the 2.0mm lead into the opening of the sharpener.
3. Gently twist the pencil while applying light pressure to sharpen the lead.
4. Remove the pencil and tap out any lead shavings from the sharpener. Replace the cap after use.

Replacing Lead

When the lead runs out or breaks inside the mechanism, follow these steps to replace it:

1. Press and hold the push-button at the top of the pencil.
2. If there's a broken piece of lead stuck, gently shake the pencil downwards to dislodge it, or use a thin wire to carefully push it out from the tip.
3. Insert a new 2.0mm lead refill into the opening at the tip while holding the button.

Replacing Eraser Refills
