Before first use, ensure both the charging case and earbuds are fully charged. The charging case extends total use to 24 hours, with fast charging capabilities.

1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the back of the case.

3. The blue LED indicators on the case will show the battery level.
4. When the earbuds are placed in the case, their individual red LEDs will illuminate, indicating they are charging. A flashing red light followed by auto-shutoff indicates full charge.

3.2 Ear Tip Selection and Installation

For optimal noise reduction and comfort, select the ear tips that provide a snug and secure fit in your ear canal. The EP02 comes with three sizes of ultra-soft memory foam tips and one pair of silicone ear tips.

1. Gently remove the pre-installed ear tips by peeling them off.
2. Choose the size (S, M, L) that best fits your ear. Memory foam tips can be compressed before insertion for a better seal.
3. Align the new ear tip with the earbud's nozzle and push it firmly into place.
4. Ensure the silicone earbud covers are also properly fitted, as they help secure the earbuds in your ear's contours.

1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on.

3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and select "PROHEAR EP02" from the list of available devices.
4. Once paired, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device when taken out of the case.

1. Gently pull off the foam ear tips and silicone covers from the earbuds.

3. Wipe the earbuds themselves with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
