1. Launching and Paddling

2. Standing Operation

Ensure the motor is securely fastened and the battery is properly stored and secured, preferably towards the front for better weight distribution and to minimize water ingress when accelerating or turning sharply.

When using a motor, be mindful of water entering the kayak, especially at high speeds or during sharp turns. It is recommended to use a trolling motor rather than a high-horsepower outboard to prevent excessive water from entering the cockpit.
