• Is the HidrateSpark bottle dishwasher safe?

  Lids are generally top-rack dishwasher safe. Plastic (Tritan) bodies are often dishwasher safe, but stainless steel bodies must be hand washed. IMPORTANT: Never submerge or dish-wash the sensor puck; clean it only with a damp തുണി.

• How do I reset or recalibrate the sensor?

  If measurements seem inaccurate, place the empty bottle on a flat surface and select 'Recalibrate' in the HidrateSpark app. To reset, remove the sensor and press the reset button near the charging port as described in your model's manual.
