To commission your terminal, contact Kymeta support at support@kymetacorp.com to request a commissioning window. Usually, this should be done between 07:00 and 18:00 PT. Ensure you have your terminal serial number ready and a clear view of the sky during the scheduled window.
The u8 satellite terminal includes a QR code on the antenna communications module, located under the side access panel next to the LED status panel, which lists the product serial number (PRODUCT_SN) and other configuration details.
The u8 is designed to be low maintenance with no moving parts. However, ensure air intake screens and drain holes are not obstructed, and keep the face of the antenna clean from debris to maintain optimal RF performance.
