  The serial number is located on the identification plate found on the right-hand side or back of the machine.

• Can I use gas flushing (MAP) with Turbovac machines?

  Yes, models equipped with the Gas/MAP option allow you to connect a gas supply line to the inlet on the back of the machine. The maximum pressure for this connection is 1 bar.

• What should I do if the vacuum pump makes excessive noise?

  If the pump makes excessive noise immediately after installation, it may be incorrectly connected to a 3-phase power supply. Turn the pump off immediately and switch the phase wires to correct the rotation direction.

• How do I seal liquids like soups or sauces?

  When packaging liquids, monitor the product through the transparent lid. As soon as you detect product boiling, press the sealing button to stop the vacuum cycle and immediately trigger the seal to prevent spillage.
