POU Installation Rail without Filter (PRAILKIT)
The following information is provided to facilitate connecting a POU water cooler to mains water. If you are in any doubt, please consult a plumber or the building/facilities manager. The components in this kit have been selected to ensure that the installation complies with WRAS guidelines.

How to connect the PFRAILKIT
- Isolate water supply at stop cock or isolation valve.
- Cut the copper pipe leaving enough room to install the Tee piece, or elbow piece if the mains pipe is in a vertical position. The cut piece of copper can be used to connect the brass Tee or elbow piece to the double check valve. It is recommended to use support clips for pipe work.
- Install the PRAILKIT components in the order shown in the picture.
- Check that the water block has been installed vertically with the flow direction pointing down.
- Thoroughly check all pipe work before commissioning and leaving site.
About the Water Block
The water block is designed to prevent large scale flooding by limiting the amount of water (dependant on the setting) that passes through in one flow. The water block should be installed in a vertical position with the flow direction pointing down. To set the flow meter on the water block, use the white key provided to move the arrow to number 1 on the inside of the rim. This will limit the flow to 4.5ltrs. If the arrow points to `2′, the flow will be limited to 9ltrs and so on. If the water block shuts the water off, the pink button in the centre of the block will pop out. Simply depress the button to reset.
