The XH-M239 is a high-precision module designed for measuring the true capacity (mAh/mWh) of 18650 lithium batteries and other 3.7V lithium batteries. It features an intelligent chip control, a clear LCD display, and intuitive controls for accurate battery analysis. This manual provides instructions for its proper setup and operation.

2.1. 4-Channel Variant (Optional)

A 4-channel version of the battery tester may also be available, offering independent testing for up to four batteries. Its dimensions are approximately 149mm x 110mm x 35mm (5.86in x 4.33in x 1.37in).

The XH-M239 can be powered in two ways:

1. Using 18650 Batteries: Insert two 18650 lithium batteries into the designated battery holders on the module. Ensure correct polarity.
2. Using DC5-12V External Power: Connect a DC5-12V power adapter to the 5.5 * 2.1mm power interface.

3.2. Test Battery Connection

Connect the battery to be tested to the appropriate terminals. The module supports 18650 lithium batteries directly in the holders and other 3.7V square lithium batteries via external wiring.

• 18650 Lithium Battery (Tester Power Supply ①): Insert into the left battery holder.
• 5.5 * 2.1 Power Interface DC5-12V (Tester Power Supply ②): Connect external power here.
• 18650 Lithium Battery (Test Battery ①): Insert into the right battery holder for testing.
• 3.7V Square Lithium Battery (Test Battery Connection Mode ②): Connect positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to the screw terminals on the right side of the board.

• Middle Button (Short Press): Starts or pauses the testing process.
• Middle Button (Long Press): Resets the data.

4.4. Button Functions (4-Channel Version)

• Menu /M button (13): Accesses the menu.
• Adjust /S button (14): Adjusts settings.
• Start /R/S button (15): Starts, Resets, or Stops the test.
• Channel /CHN button (16): ചാനൽ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നു.
• Status indicator (17, 18, 19, 20): Indicates the status of each channel (CHN1, CHN2, CHN3, CHN4).

To ensure the longevity and accurate performance of your XH-M239 battery capacity tester, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Keep the device clean and dry. Avoid exposure to moisture, dust, and corrosive substances.
• Store the tester in a cool, dry place when not in use.
