5. If your machine requires it, use the P-DA-01 Driver Adapter for interface pin conversion and power conversion. Refer to the diagram below for connection details.

5.2 Driver Adapter (P-DA-01)

The P-DA-01 Driver Adapter facilitates compatibility with various machines by handling interface pin and power conversions. It supports both internal and external power supply configurations.

6.1 Fixed Focus Adjustment

The K20 Pro features a 40mm fixed focus laser module with an easy-to-use fixed focus lever for adjusting the focus distance based on your material and task (cutting or engraving).

For Engraving:

For engraving, adjust the fixed focus lever so that the laser's focus point is located directly on the surface of the engraving material. For example, set the fixed focus lever to 0mm.

For Cutting:

For cutting, the focus point should be located lower than the cutting material surface. Refer to the table below for recommended fixed focus lever settings based on material thickness.

6.2 Air Assist Function

The built-in air assist airway helps achieve clean-cut edges and improves cutting performance by blowing air through the nozzle. This significantly reduces burned marks on your material.

Note: Always ensure the air pump is turned on before you start cutting. Failure to do so may result in smoke contaminating the lens.

6.3 Working Status Indicators

The laser module features LED indicators for "Power" and "Signal" to easily check the electrical connection status.

6.4 Red Cross Line Locating

The red crosshair feature allows for precise positioning of the working frame, which is useful for improving the convenience of secondary cutting and engraving tasks.

7.1 Lens Maintenance

Proper lens maintenance is crucial for maintaining optimal laser performance and prolonging the module's lifespan.

• When the laser module is not in use for an extended period, ensure the lens is not exposed to dust or contaminants.
• When replacing the air nozzle, take care not to contaminate the lens. Fingerprints or dust on the lens can significantly weaken the laser output power or even damage the lens.
• If you notice a decrease in cutting ability, the lens may be dirty. Use a clean alcohol swab to gently clean the lens as shown in the diagram below.
