3.2 Immobilizer Bypass (for Chip Keys)

Some vehicles are equipped with an RF-based immobilizer system that uses a transponder chip in the ignition key. To bypass this, you will need to hide the original key's chip near the ignition coil:

  1. Dismantle the ignition coil from the ignition switch.
  2. Insert the key with the chip into the center hole of the ignition coil.
  3. Ensure the direction and distance between the key and the coil match when the original key is inserted into the ignition.
  4. Use electrical insulation tape to wrap the coil and key together.
  5. Fix them in a hidden location under the steering wheel.
  6. Cut off the key blade, turn it to the ON or ACC position, leaving 1-2mm to release the steering wheel lock.

3.3 6P Start Wires Connections

Connect the 6P start wires as follows:

  • Blue Start Wire: Connect to the vehicle's start wire (positive power when mechanical key is turned to start position). This wire has instant power and then turns off.
  • Yellow ON1 (ING1) Wire: Connect to the main ignition wire that provides +12V when the ignition key is ON and during cranking. This wire has constant positive power.
  • Red Wire (Constant 12V): Connect to the battery or constant power wire at the ignition switch.
  • Green ON2 (ING2) Wire: Connect to the main ignition wire that provides an instant +12V signal and then disappears when the key is turned to ON. Use a multimeter or test pencil to find this wire.
  • White ACC Wire: Connect to the accessory wire from the ignition switch that powers the heater/air conditioner. Some cars may have multiple accessory wires.
  • Red Wire (Constant 12V): Connect to the battery or constant power wire at the ignition switch. (Note: If your ignition switch has only one 12V constant wire, connect only one red wire from our 6P start cables).

3.4 Other Wire Definitions

  • Green wire (door rolling up output): Negative 15-second signal when locking. Works with universal window closer modules.
  • Yellow/black wire (bypass signal): Negative output for bypass.
  • Black wire (Ground): Connect to car metal body.
  • Orange/black wire (foot brake): Connect to car footbrake switch for remote learning reset.
  • Blue wire (Hand brake +12V): Connect to car metal body for automatic transmission, or car handbrake switch for manual transmission.
  • Orange wire (hand brake -ve input): For manual transmission, connect to handbrake switch.
  • Grey wire (side door alarm trigger): Negative input signal for side door switch. Polarity can be set by jumper.
  • Yellow wire (trunk alarm trigger): Auxiliary negative input signal for trunk alarm.
  • Purple wire (trunk output control): Connect to original car trunk trigger control wire.
  • Purple/white wire (trunk optional): If original car trunk control is +VE, connect to 12V; if -VE, connect to -VE.
  • Pink wire (siren output): Connect to car alarm siren input wire.
  • Red/black wire (siren optional): If original car siren is +VE trigger, connect to 12V; if -VE trigger, connect to -VE.
  • Black/white wire (pedal signal): Negative output for pedal signal.
  • Brown wires (left/right turning light): Positive signal output, typically found under the steering wheel.
  • Black/white clutch output wire: For cars requiring clutch press before start, simulates pressing the clutch.
  • Yellow/black bypass output wire: For cars with chip key immobilizer, works with a universal bypass module.

3.5 ആൻ്റിന ഇൻസ്റ്റലേഷൻ

  • HF Antenna: Ensure the control box and antenna are fixed firmly. The antenna should not touch ground and be placed as high as possible (vertical height from floor).
  • Front RFID Sensing Antenna: Fix to the front windshield glass. Do not paste it on any metal surface.
  • Rear RFID Sensing Antenna: Fix under the rear windshield glass. Do not paste it on any metal surface.

3.6 DIP Switching and Jumper Settings

Refer to Figure 3.2 for detailed DIP switch and jumper settings to customize functions such as PKE working mode, fuel path wire connection, door opening warning, auto lock settings, lock/unlock signal times, and engine auto lock/unlock.
