For users in Pakistan, Chile, Colombia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, or Indonesia, it is crucial to address IMEI registration or change upon receiving the product. Failure to do so may prevent the device from being used in your country.
- If you have a valid IMEI (e.g., from an old phone): You can change the IMEI of the tracker. Send the SMS command:
IMEI#YOUR_VALID_IMEI#(ഉദാ,IMEI#123456789078532#). This must be done within 5 days of receiving the product. Note: 4G versions may not support IMEI change. - If you do not have a valid IMEI: You must register the tracker's IMEI. First, check the device's IMEI by sending the SMS command:
IMEI0000. Once you receive the IMEI, register it with your local authorities within 5 days of receiving the product.

3.1 Working Modes and Battery Life
The tracker offers three working modes to optimize battery life based on your tracking needs:
- WORK Mode (Keep working): The tracker continuously sends data at regular intervals.
- ST-905: Approximately 5 days of battery life.
- ST-915: Approximately 7 days of battery life.
- MOVE Mode (Work when moving): This is the factory default setting. The tracker only operates when movement is detected. When stationary, it enters a low-power sleep mode (GPS off, GSM in low consumption). It wakes up upon vibration, SMS command, or a call.
- ST-905: Approximately 15 days of battery life.
- ST-915: Approximately 30 days of battery life.
- STANDBY Mode (SMS or Call to wake): The tracker remains in a deep sleep mode (GPS off, GSM in low consumption). It will wake up for 5 minutes only when an SMS or call is received.
- ST-905: Approximately 60 days of battery life.
- ST-915: Approximately 120 days of battery life.

3.2 Activating Online Tracking
To connect your tracker to the online platform, you need to configure the IP and APN settings via SMS commands. The default server IP for SinoTrackPro is 45.112.204.245 and port is 8090.
Send the following three SMS commands to your tracker in sequence:
