The EARU Smart Circuit Breaker is an advanced device designed for intelligent control and protection of electrical circuits. It integrates multiple functions including current limiting, power limiting, over/under-voltage protection, temperature protection, leakage protection (2P models only), energy monitoring, timer switching, and remote ON/OFF control. It supports both WiFi and ZigBee protocols for seamless integration with Tuya/Smart Life apps and voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

The EARU Smart Circuit Breaker is designed for 35MM Din Rail installation. Ensure the power supply is disconnected before installation to prevent electric shock.

Proper wiring is crucial for safe and effective operation. Refer to the diagrams below for 1P and 2P models.

2.3 App Pairing and Connection

The device can be paired with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. Follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the circuit breaker is powered on.
  2. Open the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app on your mobile device.

Important Note: Please set the Under-Voltage protection to 110V in the App when using 110V power supply. Failure to make this adjustment will prevent the device from powering on.

Once paired, you can remotely control the circuit breaker ON/OFF and monitor its status from anywhere using the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, provided your mobile phone has an internet signal.

The device provides real-time monitoring of electricity consumption, including kWh, voltage, current, power, and temperature. You can view electricity statistics by year, month, day, and hour within the app.

3.3 Protection Settings and Alarms

The app allows you to set various protection thresholds and receive alarms:

3.6 Power Failure Memory

The device is able to retain data after a power failure and automatically return to its pre-power failure state when power is restored.

The EARU Smart Circuit Breaker is designed for durability and safety. It features PC flame-retardant material, which is high heat-resistant, insulating, and flame-retardant, ensuring safe and reliable use.

5. പ്രശ്‌നപരിഹാരം

  • Device does not power on or trips immediately:
    - Check all wiring connections for secure contact.
    - Verify that the input voltage is within the AC80V-300V range.
    - If using a 110V power supply, ensure the Under-Voltage protection in the app is set to 110V. Failure to do so will prevent the device from powering on.

    - Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The device does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
    - Check your Wi-Fi password and network stability.

    - Check your internet connection on your mobile device.
    - Ensure the circuit breaker has a stable Wi-Fi or ZigBee connection.
    - Restart the app and/or the circuit breaker.

    - The device is functioning as designed to protect your circuit. Check the connected load for faults or excessive power draw.

  • Leakage Protection (2P models only) trips:
    - This indicates an abnormal current leakage. Immediately disconnect the load and inspect for faults in the wiring or connected appliances.

  • For 110V power supplies, always adjust the Under-Voltage protection setting in the app to 110V to ensure proper device operation.
  • Remember that the Wi-Fi models only support 2.4GHz networks. If you have a dual-band router, ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz band during pairing.
  • This device functions as a smart circuit breaker and can replace traditional fuses for its rated current and protection features.
  • The 2P models are designed to work with two 110V lines (totaling 220V) and also incorporate leakage protection.
