The EARU Single Phase LCD Digital Energy Meter is designed to measure active energy consumption in single-phase AC power systems. These meters provide accurate readings of various electrical parameters, including total energy (kWh), temporary energy (kWh), real-time voltage, current, power, frequency, and power factor. They are suitable for installation on a 35mm DIN rail.

3. ഇൻസ്റ്റലേഷൻ
3.1 മൗണ്ടിംഗ്
The energy meter is designed for 35mm DIN rail installation. It can be directly installed into a household lighting distribution box or similar electrical enclosure.
3.2 വയറിംഗ്
The meter supports two wiring methods: top input and bottom output, or top output and bottom input. Ensure that the Live (L) and Neutral (N) connections are correctly identified and wired according to the diagram. For single-phase systems, connect the live wire to the 'L' terminal and the neutral wire to the 'N' terminal.
4. ഓപ്പറേഷൻ
4.1 ഡിസ്പ്ലേ ഫംഗ്ഷനുകൾ
The meter features an LCD display that cycles through various parameters. You can manually press the button (if available on your model) to switch between displays. The available displays include:

4.2 Temporary kWh Reset (DDS667, DDS668 only)
For models DDS667 and DDS668, the temporary kWh reading can be reset to zero. To do this, hold the button on the meter for approximately 6 seconds. The total kWh cannot be reset on any model.
Models DDS663, DDS662, and DDS662-L do not have a temporary kWh reset function.

The meter is equipped with a power-off memory feature. In the event of a power failure, the measured data will not be lost or zeroed out, preventing measurement errors and ensuring data integrity.
4.4 Pulse LED Indicator
A pulse LED on the meter indicates its working status. The pulse frequency varies by model: DDS667/668 have 1000imp/kWh, while DDS663/662 have 1600imp/kWh.

The EARU Digital Energy Meter requires minimal maintenance. Keep the device clean and free from dust and moisture. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the operating environment remains within the specified temperature and humidity ranges to prolong the meter's lifespan.
