IMPORTANT: Disconnect all power before proceeding with wiring. Incorrect wiring can cause damage to the device or electrical system.

The current transformers (CTs) are of an open/close design for easy and safe installation without disconnecting the main circuit wires.

General Wiring Principle:

Connect the Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires from your AC distribution box to the corresponding L and N terminals on the energy meter. The CTs (S1, S2) are connected to the module's S1 and S2 terminals for each channel (A and B).

Note: When installing, please ensure that the circuit measured by the CT is in the same phase as the circuit powered by the module.

Wiring for 1-Channel Meter:

If you have a 1-channel meter, connect only one CT to either Channel A or Channel B terminals (S1, S2). Leave the other channel's terminals unconnected.

For a 2-channel meter, connect one CT to Channel A terminals (S1, S2) and the second CT to Channel B terminals (S1, S2).

Follow these steps to pair your energy meter with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app:

Configure various alarm thresholds and enable/disable the buzzer warning:

• Report Rate Setting: Adjust how frequently data is reported (e.g., every 10 seconds).

For example, you can set a condition where if the power consumption on a channel reaches a certain value, it triggers a Tuya switch to turn on or off, or sends a notification.
