5.1. Installing the Soldering Tip

To install the soldering tip, simply insert it firmly into the designated slot on the soldering iron. Ensure it is securely seated before use.

After connecting the power supply via the Type-C interface, the device will display the ALIENTEK logo. Press button A to enter the main user interface. If button A is not pressed within 10 seconds, the device will automatically shut down.

6.1. Main Interface and Indicators

The main interface displays the target temperature, current tip temperature, and heating power. Key indicators include:

• Hand-held sensor sign: Appears when the device detects it is being held. Disappears when not held.

From the main UI, click button A or B to enter the temperature adjustment interface. Release the button, then click or long-press to adjust the temperature. The device will automatically return to the main UI after 3 seconds.

6.3. Power Adjustment (18-100W)

The soldering iron supports adjustable power from 18W to 100W. You can select the voltage and fine-tune the current to achieve the desired power output. Six power gears are available.

Power Fine-Tuning:

1. Enter the power fine-tuning interface.
2. Press A or B to select the adjustment item (unit/decade/OK).
3. Long-press B to confirm selection and trim; long-press A to deselect.
4. Select OK and long-press B to save and exit.

To enter the menu, click buttons A and B simultaneously. Use A and B to slide through menu items. Long-press A to exit the current menu, or long-press B to enter the next menu item.

6.5. Smart Sleep and Shutdown

The device features hand-held induction for smart sleep, prolonging heating core life and saving energy.

• New Tip Preparation: When using a new tip for the first time, heat it to 250°C and apply tin immediately to prevent dry burning oxidation.
