5.1. Controller Assembly

The Betop G2 features a magnetic suction combination design. To assemble, align the two controller halves and allow the magnets to snap them together. To separate, gently pull them apart.

5.2. Phone Installation

The controller features a stretchable structure to securely hold your smartphone. Gently pull the two halves apart and insert your phone. Ensure your phone's width is between 67-92mm and its thickness is between 6-10.5mm for a proper fit. The non-slip rubber pads will keep your phone stable.

Use the provided Type-C charging cable to charge the controller. The magnetic three-stage fast charging technology allows both controller halves to be charged simultaneously when combined.

• Activation Required for Specific Models: Black Shark 1/3/4 models require phone activation to use the controller.
• Tablet Limitations: Huawei Matepad 11 and Honor Tablet 7PRO do not support the unilateral controller due to system permission issues.
• General Compatibility Check: If you encounter issues with other phone models (e.g., Moto Stylus G 4G, Poco X6 Pro, Poco X7 Android 15, Samsung Ultra 24, Huawei Mate 20x), please verify your phone's width (67-92mm) and thickness (6-10.5mm) and ensure your operating system version is supported.

8.2. Connection Problems
