4.1 Power Switching Modes

The K60 module offers three optical power modes: 20W, 40W, and 60W+. To switch between these modes, long-press the 'Switch' button on the module for 5 seconds.

4.2 Red Cross Line Locating

The integrated red cross line helps accurately position your material before starting an operation. This ensures precise alignment for your engraving or cutting projects.

4.3 Reference Settings for Engraving

For engraving, adjust the fixed focus lever to 0mm. The following table provides recommended settings for various materials:

4.4 Reference Settings for Cutting

For cutting, the focus should be set lower than the material surface. For example, to cut 12mm material, set the fixed focus lever to 6mm. The following table provides recommended settings for various materials:

5.1 Lens Protection and Cleaning

The K60 module features an easy-to-change protection window design. The copper core protection lens can be easily cleaned or replaced if it becomes contaminated or dusty, ensuring optimal laser performance.

5.2 Module Disassembly for Maintenance

The separate bottom cover design allows for easy assembly and disassembly. The removable shield has built-in magnets at the joints, simplifying access for internal maintenance or cleaning.

6.1 Temperature Alarm Function

The laser module is equipped with a temperature display and an alarm function. Excessive working temperatures can significantly reduce the lifespan of the laser head. If the working temperature of the laser module exceeds 55°C, an audible alarm will sound through the buzzer.
