- If a product issue is verified and repairable, the seller covers repair and shipping costs, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- If a product issue is verified and irreparable:
- Within 90 days of purchase: Product replacement or full refund.
- Within 180 days of purchase: Buyer pays shipping for product replacement.
- Within 360 days of purchase: 50% refund of the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
Note: Damage due to unauthorized disassembly by the buyer without seller's permission will void the warranty and after-sales service.
