The lock box supports either the Tuya Smart app or the TTlock app. Choose the app version that corresponds to your lock box model (K5 TY for Tuya, K5 TT for TTlock).
- Download the appropriate app (Tuya Smart or TTlock) from your smartphone's app store.

3. Adding Users and Unlocking Credentials
Once the lock box is paired with the app, you can add various unlocking credentials:
- വിരലടയാളം: Follow the app's instructions to register fingerprints. Place your finger on the sensor as prompted until registration is complete. The lock box supports up to 100 users.

If connected to a compatible gateway (e.g., G2 Gateway), the lock box can be integrated with smart voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Home. This allows you to use voice commands to unlock the key box.

The lock box is powered by batteries. The mobile app will display the remaining power of the lock and provide a low battery alarm. When the battery is critically low, the lock box can be temporarily powered via its USB port using a power bank or similar device.

- All saved passwords and fingerprints are retained even if the battery is completely depleted and replaced. You will not need to set up new login credentials.

- Lock Box Not Responding: Check the battery level in the app. If the battery is dead, use a power bank to provide temporary power via the USB port and then replace the batteries.
- Fingerprint/Card Not Recognized: Ensure your finger/card is clean and placed correctly on the sensor/sensing area. Re-register the fingerprint/card if issues persist.
- Remote Unlock Not Working: Verify that your G2 Gateway is properly connected and within range of the lock box. Ensure your phone has an active internet connection.
