This printer uses 58mm wide thermal paper. Follow these steps to load the paper:

Connect the power adapter to the printer's power port and then plug it into a suitable power outlet (100-240V).

Once connected via Bluetooth or USB and configured with your application, you can initiate printing directly from your software. The printer is designed for high-speed printing, reaching up to 90mm/s.

Press the "Feed" button on the front of the printer to advance the thermal paper manually. This is useful for checking paper alignment or advancing to a fresh section.

The printer is compatible with various applications for different uses:

To ensure clear and consistent print quality, regularly clean the thermal print head. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Ensure the printer is turned off and disconnected from power before cleaning, and allow it to dry completely before use.
When the paper roll is nearly empty, replace it by following the paper loading instructions in the Setup Guide. Always use 58mm wide thermal paper for optimal performance.
