Screw the SMA-Female antenna clockwise into the connector on the top of the radio until it is firmly seated. Do not overtighten.

Align the battery pack with the grooves on the back of the radio and slide it upwards until it clicks into place. To remove, press the release latch (if present) and slide the battery downwards.

6.3. Wireless Copy Frequency (One-Touch Copy)
This feature simplifies the process of matching frequencies with another radio:
- Press the MENU Key (6) to enter the "FQSCAN" interface.
- Press MENU again. The BF-1802L will search for another radio's transmission frequency and privacy code.
- Once detected, press MENU to store the frequency.
This allows two walkie-talkies to communicate normally without traditional manual frequency programming.
