  • Electric PTZ: Use the controls within the HiEasy app to remotely pan the main camera 355° horizontally and tilt it 100° vertically.

  • No WiFi Support: This is a 4G camera version and does NOT support 2.4G WiFi connection. Ensure you are using a valid 4G SIM card.
  • No NVR/DVR or PC Client Support: This camera does not support ONVIF protocol for integration with NVRs or DVRs, nor does it have a dedicated PC client. All operations are via the HiEasy mobile app.
  • Cloud Recording Not Found: Cloud storage is a paid subscription service. If you cannot find cloud recordings, ensure you have an active subscription.
