Before first use, fully charge your MECHEN M33 player. Use a standard 5V-1A or 5V-2A charging adapter or connect it to a computer's USB port using the provided USB C cable. The player does not support fast charging; using chargers exceeding 30W may damage the device or prevent it from powering on.

Player Fails to Power On or Charge
കാരണം: Using a fast charger (exceeding 5V-2A or 30W) can put the player into protection mode, preventing it from powering on or charging.
