Ensure your device is fully charged before first use. Both wall chargers and computer USB ports can be used for charging. Please use a 5V/1A or 5V/2A adapter and the provided USB Type-C charging cable. Fast chargers exceeding 30W are not allowed as the MP3 player does not support fast charging.

Inserting and Formatting an SD Card

The player supports micro SD card expansion up to 1TB. If your SD card is not recognized, try formatting it directly on the device. If issues persist, contact customer support.
