3. പ്രവർത്തന തത്വം
The SRG-1 operates by moving its sensor along the measured surface at a uniform speed. The internal stylus displaces vertically according to the micro-uneven contour of the surface. This displacement is then converted into an electrical signal by the sensor. The electrical signal is amplified, filtered, and acquired by an A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. An embedded ARM processor processes this digital signal to calculate and display Ra, Rz, Rq, and Rt values.

6. ഓപ്പറേഷൻ

- Take out the instrument. Ensure the guard door of the sensor probe is closed.
- Push the warehouse door switch to the right to open the sensor probe protection door, revealing the sensor probe for measurement.

- പവർ ഓൺ: Press the "TEST" button to start the device. It will enter the measurement state, retaining the parameters and sampling length from the last shutdown.
- പവർ ഓഫ്: In the startup state, press and hold the "TEST" button for 2 seconds to power off. The instrument will also automatically power off if no key operation occurs within 2 minutes.
6.3. അളവ്
- Select the desired measurement parameters (Ra, Rz, Rq, Rt) and sampling length (0.25mm, 0.8mm, 2.5mm) using the appropriate buttons (refer to sections 6.4 and 6.5).
- Align the instrument's sensor with the surface to be measured.
- Once stably placed, press the "TEST" button on the top of the instrument. The sensor will move, and the LCD will display "Measuring...".
- During the "Measuring..." phase, other key presses are invalid.
- After "Measuring..." disappears, the measured value will be displayed on the screen. The sensor will not reset automatically at this point.
- The measured value will blink twice, indicating the completion of the measurement. Other keys can now be operated.

- Ensure the instrument is placed as smoothly as possible during sensor movement to avoid affecting measurement accuracy.
- If the instrument crashes, gently insert a paperclip into the reset hole (8) to power it off, then restart.
6.4. Parameter Selection
To select the required measurement parameters (Ra, Rz, Rq, Rt), press the '◄R' button to cycle through the options.

- After adjusting the value to match the nominal value of your standard sample (e.g., 1.00), press and hold '◄R' for 3 seconds to save the calibration and exit the interface. The "CAL" indicator will disappear.
If using a multi-notched sample block, choose the sample block closest to your measured value for improved accuracy.
6.8. Data Storage and Viewing
The instrument can store up to 500 groups of measurement data.
- ലേക്ക് view stored data, press '◄R' and '►' simultaneously until "MEM" is displayed on the right side of the screen. Then use '◄R' and '►' to navigate through the stored values.
- To delete all stored data while in the data storage interface, press and hold the "TEST" button.
- To exit the data storage interface, press '◄R' and '►' simultaneously. The "MEM" indicator will disappear.

6.9.2. Bluetooth Module Connection
Insert the Bluetooth module into your computer. Open the host software, refresh the available ports, and select the corresponding port (the Bluetooth module port is typically the CH340 port, viewable via Device Manager). Click "Connect" to establish the connection.

7. Data Definition
The parameter calculations comply with GB/T 3505 "Geometric Product Specifications—Surface Texture: Profile Method—Terms, Definitions, and Parameters of Surface Texture."
- Surface Roughness: Refers to the micro-geometric characteristics of a machined surface with small spacing and valleys.
- Sampling Length: The length of a reference line used to distinguish the surface roughness characteristics.
- Evaluation Length: The length of a section necessary for assessing contours, which may include one or more sampലിംഗ് നീളം.
- Arithmetic Mean Deviation of Contour (Ra): The arithmetic mean of contour offset within a sampലിംഗത്തിൻ്റെ നീളം.

9 പ്രതിദിന പരിപാലനം
9.1. പൊതു പരിപാലനം
- Avoid collision, violent vibration, heavy dust, humidity, oil pollution, and strong magnetic fields.
- After each measurement, switch off the power supply to preserve battery energy.
- The sensor is a precise part. Handle with care. After each use, gently cover the protective cover to avoid severe vibration to the sensor.
- Protect the random standard samples (calibration block) carefully from scratches to prevent inaccuracy of calibration.

If the instrument malfunctions, contact the manufacturer for maintenance. Users are not permitted to disassemble or repair the device themselves. When sending the instrument for repair, include the warranty card and a description of the failure.

GOYOJO provides comprehensive after-sales service for the SRG-1 Roughness Gauge.
