Before first use, wash all components in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry.
Filling the Thermal Flask:
- Ensure the thermal flask is clean and dry.
- Boil fresh tap water in a kettle or on a stovetop.
- Carefully pour the hot water into the stainless steel thermal flask. Fill to approximately 1 inch below the rim to prevent overflow.
- Securely screw on the leak-proof lid. Ensure it is tightened properly to maintain thermal insulation and prevent leaks.

The flask's thermal insulation will keep the water hot for several hours, ready for warming when needed.

This warmer is designed to heat baby bottles and food jars using the hot water stored in the thermal flask.
Warming a Baby Bottle:
- Unscrew the lid from the thermal flask.
- Carefully pour hot water from the flask into the warming cup. Fill the warming cup to a level that covers the milk in the baby bottle.
- Place the baby bottle into the warming cup. Ensure the bottle is upright and stable.
- Allow the bottle to warm for a few minutes. The exact time will vary depending on the starting temperature and volume of the milk.
- Remove the bottle from the warming cup. Always check the milk temperature by shaking the bottle and sprinkling a few drops on the inside of your wrist. It should feel lukewarm, not hot.
- Discard any remaining water from the warming cup and securely re-seal the thermal flask.

Warming Baby Food Jars:
- Follow steps 1 and 2 from "Warming a Baby Bottle" to fill the warming cup with hot water.
- Place the baby food jar (without its lid) into the warming cup.
- Allow the food to warm for a few minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating.
- Remove the food jar. Always check the food temperature by stirring and tasting a small amount before feeding your baby.
- Discard any remaining water from the warming cup and securely re-seal the thermal flask.
