Adjusting J-Hooks and Safety Bars:
The upright posts feature 31 numbered holes, spaced 2 inches apart, allowing for precise height adjustments. To adjust, simply pull the J-hook or safety bar out, align it with the desired numbered hole, and push it back in until it locks securely.
