For larger quantities or foods that do not require pressing, the grill can be fully opened to double the grilling surface.
- Preheat the grill as described above.
- Open the grill completely until the top plate lies flat, creating a large, continuous grilling surface.
- Place your food on both grill plates.
- Grill, turning food as necessary, until cooked to your preference.
- Use heat-resistant plastic or wooden utensils to remove food.
