The TurboLock YL-99 is designed for easy installation, typically requiring only standard screwdrivers. No professional installation is needed.

- Locate the battery compartment on the interior knob.

- Insert 4 x AAA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.

4.2 Lock Installation Steps
- Remove your existing door knob.
- Install the latch bolt mechanism into the door edge. Ensure it is oriented correctly for your door's swing.
- Connect the exterior knob to the latch bolt, feeding the wire through the door hole.
- Connect the interior knob's wire to the exterior knob's wire connector.
- Secure the interior knob to the exterior knob using the provided screws.
- Test the lock's mechanical function before programming.

5.1 Setting User Codes
The TurboLock YL-99 allows for up to 10 custom passcodes. Refer to the detailed programming instructions in the included user manual for specific steps on adding, changing, or deleting codes.
