സുരക്ഷാ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ
- Always disconnect the heat pump from the power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
- Ensure the electrical connection is protected by a Residual Current Device (RCD) or Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). The included power plug (Figure 2) has an integrated RCD/GFCI for your safety.
- Do not operate the heat pump if the ambient temperature is below 16°C, as this can lead to freezing and damage the unit.
- Ensure proper ventilation around the unit. Do not obstruct the air intake or exhaust vents.
- പ്രവർത്തന സമയത്ത് കുട്ടികളെയും വളർത്തുമൃഗങ്ങളെയും ഹീറ്റ് പമ്പിൽ നിന്ന് അകറ്റി നിർത്തുക.
- Never attempt to repair the unit yourself. Contact qualified personnel for service.

1. അൺപാക്ക് ചെയ്യലും പരിശോധനയും
Carefully remove the heat pump from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
2. പ്ലേസ്മെന്റ്
Place the heat pump on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow, especially for the fan and side vents (Figure 3). Avoid placing the unit directly against a wall or in an enclosed space that could restrict air circulation. The cold air exhaust should not be directed towards the pool or water connections, as this can reduce heating efficiency.

3. വാട്ടർ കണക്ഷനുകൾ
Connect the heat pump to your pool's filtration system. The unit features water connections with a diameter of 32/38 mm (Figure 5). Ensure all connections are secure and watertight to prevent leaks. The heat pump should be installed after the filter pump and before any chemical feeders.

4. Bypass Installation (Recommended)
For optimal heating efficiency and to protect the heat pump, it is highly recommended to install a bypass system, especially if your filter pump's flow rate exceeds 4 m³/h. A bypass allows you to regulate the water flow through the heat pump, ensuring the water passes through slowly enough to absorb maximum heat. This also enables you to isolate the heat pump for maintenance without interrupting the pool's filtration.
A typical bypass setup involves a T-piece and a 3-way ball valve to divert and control water flow. The heat pump heats water more effectively the slower it flows through the unit. Even for flow rates less than 4 m³/h, installing a bypass is beneficial for fine-tuning performance and ease of maintenance.
പ്രവർത്തന നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ
1. Powering On and Digital Control
Once all connections are secure and the pool pump is running, plug the heat pump into a suitable electrical outlet. The unit features a digital control panel with an LED display (Figure 8). The display will show the current water temperature.

Figure 8: The digital control panel allows for easy temperature adjustment and monitoring.
2. ആവശ്യമുള്ള താപനില ക്രമീകരിക്കുക
Use the arrow buttons on the control panel to adjust the desired water temperature. Press the 'Set' button to confirm your selection. The heat pump will automatically activate when the water temperature falls below the set point and deactivate once the desired temperature is reached.
3. Automatic Operation with Filter Pump
The heat pump is designed to work in conjunction with your pool's filter pump. It will only operate when there is sufficient water flow. If your filter pump is controlled by a timer, the heat pump will enter standby mode when the filter pump turns off and automatically resume operation when water flow is detected again. This ensures efficient energy use and prevents dry running.
മെയിൻ്റനൻസ്
1. പതിവായി വൃത്തിയാക്കൽ
Periodically clean the exterior of the heat pump with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the fan grille and air vents are free from debris, leaves, and other obstructions to maintain optimal airflow and efficiency.
2. ശൈത്യകാലവൽക്കരണം
Before the onset of freezing temperatures, it is crucial to properly winterize your heat pump to prevent damage from ice. Disconnect the unit from the power supply. Drain all water from the heat pump and its connecting pipes. Store the unit in a dry, protected area where temperatures will not drop below freezing.
ട്രബിൾഷൂട്ടിംഗ്
- യൂണിറ്റ് ഓണാക്കുന്നില്ല: Check the power connection and ensure the RCD/GFCI on the plug has not tripped. Press the 'Reset' button if it has. Verify that the pool filter pump is running and providing sufficient water flow.
- Error Code P4 (Flow Error): This indicates insufficient water flow through the heat pump. Ensure your filter pump is operating correctly and that there are no blockages in the pipes. If you have a bypass, check its valve settings to ensure water is flowing through the heat pump. If the error persists after the filter pump restarts, you may need to manually reset the heat pump by unplugging and replugging it.
- അപര്യാപ്തമായ ചൂടാക്കൽ:
- Verify the set temperature is higher than the current pool temperature.
- Check that the ambient air temperature is above 16°C. Heat pumps are less efficient or may not operate in colder conditions.
- Ensure proper water flow through the unit. A bypass can help optimize flow.
- Consider the pool volume relative to the heat pump's capacity. Larger pools will take longer to heat.
- Ensure the heat pump's air intake and exhaust are not obstructed.
- അസാധാരണമായ ശബ്ദം: If the unit produces unusual noises, immediately turn it off and disconnect from power. This could indicate a fan obstruction or an internal issue. Contact customer support.
