Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance of your drawer slides. Follow these steps carefully.
3.1 Before Installation: Important Considerations
- ശരിയായ വലുപ്പം തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നു: Ensure the drawer slide length matches your drawer. For 15-inch slides, the drawer length (L1) should be 381mm (15"). The minimum cabinet depth required is approximately 417mm (16-3/8"), calculated as L1 + 36mm.
- Drawer Side Panel Thickness: The maximum thickness of the drawer's side panel for proper fit with the adjustable locking device is 16mm (5/8").

- Separate Slide Components: Extend the drawer slide fully and locate the release levers (often red or black). Press the levers to separate the inner drawer member from the outer cabinet member.

- Install Drawer Members: Attach the inner drawer members to the bottom sides of your drawer box. The adjustable locking devices should be positioned at the front of the drawer.
- Attach Drawer to Cabinet: Align the drawer members with the cabinet members and gently push the drawer into the cabinet until the locking devices engage. You should hear a click.
- Adjust Locking Device (if necessary): If the drawer front needs adjustment (e.g., for flush alignment), rotate the side adjustment screws on both locking devices equally. This allows the drawer front to move vertically. Refer to Figure 3 for a visual guide.
