Locate the battery compartment on the back of the monitor. Insert the two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment. The device is ready for use once batteries are installed.

Proper cuff placement is crucial for accurate readings. Place the monitor on your left wrist with the screen facing up, on the inside of your wrist. Ensure the cuff fits snugly but not too tightly, allowing one finger to fit between the strap and your wrist. The cuff is designed to fit wrists up to 8.5 inches in circumference.

The monitor will automatically inflate and deflate, displaying your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate within approximately 30 seconds. The large LCD display ensures easy readability of your results.

3. Understanding the AHA Indicator
The monitor features a color-coded AHA (American Heart Association) indicator on the left side of the display. This indicator helps you quickly understand your blood pressure category:
