Follow these steps to set up your Hornbill G2 Gateway:
- Ensure your smartphone and the G2 Gateway are connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The gateway does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Plug in the G2 Gateway using the provided USB-C cable and a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
- Open the TTLock App on your smartphone.
- Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the app.
- Select "Gateway" from the menu.
- Tap the "+" icon to add a new gateway.
- Choose "G2 (Wi-Fi)" from the options.
- Wait for the gateway's indicator light to flash alternately red and blue, then tap "Next" in the app.
- Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password.
- The gateway will connect to your Wi-Fi network and then to your smart lock.

The G2 Gateway supports integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant (voice assistant devices not included), allowing for voice-activated control of your smart locks.
- To enable voice control, link your TTLock account with the respective Alexa or Google Assistant skill/action.
- When pairing with Alexa, ensure you enter "+1" before your TTLock account number.

- It is also suitable for all smart locks manufactured by Hornbill.
- The gateway operates exclusively on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. It is not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- One gateway can pair with multiple smart locks.

The Hornbill G2 Gateway requires minimal maintenance. To ensure optimal performance and longevity:
