Before first use, fully charge the ToughTested Phoenix unit.

1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the "IN" port on the Phoenix unit.

It is recommended to fully charge the unit every 3-6 months to maintain battery health, even if not in use.

The Phoenix can jump start 5.0L Gas and 3.0L Diesel engines with 500 cranking amps and 800 peak amps.

1. Ensure the Phoenix unit is sufficiently charged.

B. Using the Air Pump / Tire Inflator

The integrated air pump can inflate tires up to 150 PSI and features an automatic stop at your preset pressure level.

1. Connect the air hose to the air output port on the Phoenix unit.
2. Attach the appropriate nozzle to the air hose for the item you wish to inflate (e.g., tire valve, sports ball needle).
3. Press the "POWER" button to turn on the unit.
4. Use the "INCREASE PRESSURE" and "DECREASE PRESSURE" buttons to set the desired PSI.
5. Press the "PUMP MODE" button to start inflation. The pump will automatically stop when the preset pressure is reached.
6. Disconnect the air hose from the item and the Phoenix unit.

C. Using as a Power Bank (Phone Charger)

The 10W USB port provides fast charging for smartphones and tablets.

1. Connect your device's USB charging cable to the "OUT" USB port on the Phoenix unit.
2. Connect the other end of your device's charging cable to your smartphone, tablet, or other compatible electronic device.
3. The Phoenix unit will automatically begin charging your device.

The unit features built-in protection against short circuits and overcharging.

D. Multi-Mode LED Light

The Phoenix is equipped with a 30-lumen work light and emergency lighting functions.

• Press the "LIGHT" button once to turn on the work light.
• Press the "LIGHT" button again to cycle through different modes (e.g., SOS, strobe).
• Press the "LIGHT" button a third time to turn off the light.
