Performing Push-Ups:

- Grip the handles with an overhand grip, ensuring your wrists are straight and aligned with your forearms.
- Assume a plank position with your body straight from head to heels, engaging your core.
- Lower your chest towards the board by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your body for triceps or wider for chest.
- Push back up to the starting position, extending your arms fully.
- Perform repetitions according to your fitness level.
