The Shark ZD402 Rotator Lift-Away Upright Vacuum is designed for effective cleaning across various floor types. It features PowerFins for continuous cleaning contact, a self-cleaning brushroll to prevent hair wrap, and Anti-Allergen Complete Seal Technology with a HEPA filter to trap dust and allergens. The Lift-Away feature allows for portable cleaning of stairs, upholstery, and hard-to-reach areas.

3. അസംബ്ലി
Follow these steps to assemble your Shark ZD402 vacuum cleaner:
- Insert the wand into the nozzle.
- Attach the handle to the top of the wand.
- Place the pod onto the nozzle post.

4.1 Upright Mode
For general floor cleaning, use the vacuum in its upright configuration. Plug the power cord into an outlet. Step on the nozzle and tilt the handle back to engage the brushroll. Select the appropriate floor setting (hard floor or carpet) using the controls on the handle. The powerful PowerFins and self-cleaning brushroll are designed for deep cleaning on carpets and direct engagement on hard floors.

4.2 Lift-Away Mode
To clean above-floor areas, stairs, or furniture, detach the pod from the nozzle. Press the Lift-Away button on the pod to release it. You can then carry the lightweight pod with one hand and use the hose and desired attachment with the other.

4.3 Anti-Allergen Complete Seal Technology
The Shark ZD402 features Anti-Allergen Complete Seal Technology and a HEPA filter, which work together to trap 99.9% of dust and allergens inside the vacuum, preventing them from being released back into the air. This is beneficial for maintaining a cleaner home environment.

5. പരിപാലനം

Empty the dust cup after each use or when debris reaches the MAX FILL line. To empty, press the dust cup release latch and lift the dust cup off the pod. Hold the dust cup over a trash bin and press the bottom release button to open the bottom flap and empty contents.

The vacuum has foam and felt filters, and a HEPA filter. Rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months, or as needed, with cold water. Allow them to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. The HEPA filter should be rinsed once a year, or as needed, and allowed to air dry completely for at least 24 hours.
- Pre-Motor Filters (Foam & Felt): Located under the dust cup. Rinse with cold water.
- Post-Motor Filter (HEPA): Located at the bottom of the vacuum pod. Rinse with cold water.
Do not use soap when cleaning filters. Ensure all filters are completely dry before placing them back into the vacuum to prevent damage.
5.3 Checking the Brushroll
Periodically check the PowerFins and self-cleaning brushroll for any debris, string, or hair that may be wrapped around it. While the brushroll is designed to be self-cleaning, occasional inspection is recommended. If necessary, use scissors to carefully cut away any stubborn debris.
