The BLUETIMES HLP-200B Handheld Laser Power Meter is a high-precision, portable device designed for measuring the output power of CO2 lasers. It is suitable for use with laser engraving systems, CO2 laser cutters, and any system that includes a CO2 laser tube, with a testing range between 0.1W and 200W. Its compact, pocket-sized design ensures ease of use and portability, providing accurate measurements traceable to NIST absolute standards.

- Determine the positive and negative directions of the CR2032 battery. The positive (+) side is typically marked and should face upwards.
- Insert the 3V CR2032 lithium battery into the battery compartment with the positive pole facing upwards.

The HLP-200B is designed for straightforward operation to provide quick and accurate laser power measurements.
4.1 Powering On and Initial State
- After battery installation, the device is ready for use.
- Ensure the laser power supply's red light is on and wait for approximately 30 seconds before turning on the power meter.
- Press the blue "Start" button. The digital display screen will show a dashed line, indicating it is ready for measurement. The meter will flash 2-3 times before it is ready.

- Carefully align the center of the power meter's measurement area with the laser beam's light spot.
- Hold the meter steady in the laser path.
- The device will emit a beeping sound, and the measured power value will appear on the LCD screen.

4.3 Important Measurement Tips
- There should be an interval of 20-60 seconds between two consecutive measurements. This allows the measuring point to cool down completely, ensuring accurate readings.
- Always follow the precautions outlined in this manual and any accompanying video tutorials to maintain measurement accuracy.
4.4 ഓട്ടോ പവർ-ഓഫ്
The HLP-200B features an automatic power-off function to conserve battery life. Approximately 7 seconds after the final accurate power reading is displayed and the device is removed from the laser path, it will power off automatically.
