3.5 Loop Recording & G-Sensor

- In the latest Viidure app version, the dash cam will automatically resume recording after you exit the Wi-Fi app.
- Your phone must be disconnected from CarPlay/Android Auto when using the Viidure app.

6.1 SD Card Formatting
For optimal performance, the SD card should be formatted regularly. When inserting a new SD card for the first time, it must be formatted on the app. If you encounter issues formatting via the app, format it to FAT32 on your computer first, then try formatting it again using the app.
Recommended SD Card: Use a Class 10, U3 or higher speed Micro SD card from a reputable brand (32GB-256GB).

- A3: You can connect to the APP via the dashcam's WiFi, enter the APP, select camera settings, then click format. Alternatively, format the memory card on your computer first, and then format it again using the app.
- Q4: Does the car battery run out if the dash cam light stays on after parking or my vehicle has a permanent live cigar socket?
- A4: Yes, if the dash cam light remains on after parking, it can drain the car battery over time. If your cigarette socket is permanently powered, you must unplug the dash cam. Alternatively, installing a dedicated wiring kit enables 24-hour parking monitoring with low voltage protection, preventing battery drain by automatically disconnecting when low voltage is detected.
