An air cushion underneath the neck-hanging base reduces friction and discomfort. An adjustable chest strap is also included for enhanced stability during dynamic activities.

3. Wear the Neck Mount:
   • Place the neck mount around your neck. The wider, padded section should rest comfortably at the back of your neck.
   • Use the one-key switch button to open and close the neck mount for easy wearing and removal.
   • Adjust the bendable tubing to fit your body shape comfortably.
4. Secure with Chest Strap (Optional):
   • For improved stability during active use, attach and adjust the chest strap. Thread the strap through the designated loops on the neck holder and secure it around your chest.
