4.1. Electric Grilling Setup

2. Insert the electric heating element into its designated slot at the bottom of the grill unit. Ensure it is securely seated.
3. Place the grill grate on top of the heating element.
4. Connect the temperature regulator to the electric heating element.

4.2. Charcoal Grilling Setup

1. Place the main grill unit on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated outdoor area.
2. Place the charcoal tray inside the grill unit.
3. Add charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal to the tray. Do not overfill.
4. Ignite the charcoal using appropriate charcoal starters. Do not use the electric heating element to ignite charcoal.
5. Once the charcoal is ready (covered in ash), place the grill grate on top.
6. Ensure the air intake vents at the bottom of the grill are open to allow airflow.

5.1. Electric Grilling

1. Ensure the grill is set up for electric use as described in Section 4.1.
2. Turn the temperature regulator knob to the desired heat setting. The indicator light will illuminate.

4. Place food directly on the grill grate.
5. Monitor cooking and adjust the temperature as needed.
6. After cooking, turn the temperature regulator to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.

5.2. Charcoal Grilling

1. Ensure the grill is set up for charcoal use as described in Section 4.2.
2. Once charcoal is ready, place food on the grill grate.
3. Adjust the air intake vents to control the heat. More open vents increase heat, while partially closed vents reduce it.
4. Monitor cooking and turn food as necessary.
5. After cooking, allow the charcoal to cool completely before disposal. Close air vents to extinguish charcoal faster.

5.3. Using the Bamboo Lid

The included bamboo lid can be used as a cover for the grill when not in use, or as a convenient cutting board for food preparation.

6.1. Cleaning the Electric Grill Components

1. Remove the grill grate and electric heating element.
2. The grill grate can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed in a dishwasher.
3. Wipe the electric heating element with a damp തുണി. Do not immerse the heating element or temperature regulator in water.
4. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main grill unit with a damp തുണി.

3. Wash the grill grate and charcoal tray with warm soapy water.
