1. ആമുഖം
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and configuration of the GODIYMODULES Digital Analog Signal Input Panel Meter with RS485 Version. This universal analog input display meter is designed to work with various sensors that provide analog output, such as temperature transmitters, frequency converters, motor speed sensors, pressure sensors, and liquid level sensors, to display actual physical quantities.
The meter supports both current and voltage inputs and is adaptable to standard ranges like 0-10V, 2-10V, 0-20mA, and 4-20mA. It can also be configured for other input ranges within 0-10V or 0-20mA by adjusting bias and gain parameters. By default, the display shows a percentage, but users can define their own display range.

6. Operation and Parameter Settings
This section describes how to operate the meter and configure its various parameters using the front panel buttons.
6.1. ഇൻഡിക്കേറ്റർ ലൈറ്റുകൾ
- "RS485 version":
- R: ഡാറ്റ സ്വീകരണം സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
- T: Indicates data transmission.
- "Relay output version": The indicator light illuminates when the relay is closed.
6.2. Button and Display State Transition
The meter features a multi-level menu system for configuration. Use the സെറ്റ്, മുകളിലേക്കുള്ള അമ്പടയാളം, താഴേക്കുള്ള അമ്പടയാളം, ഒപ്പം OK buttons to navigate and adjust settings.

Figure 6.1: Button and digital tube display state transition diagram. This diagram illustrates how to navigate through the menu levels (Monitoring, First-level, Second-level, Third-level) using the SET and OK buttons, and how to modify parameters using the Up/Down arrows.
പ്രത്യേക കുറിപ്പ്: When in the third-level menu, pressing the OK key saves the modified parameter values and returns to the previous menu level, with the parameter number automatically incremented by one. Pressing the സെറ്റ് key returns directly to the previous menu level without saving the modified parameter values. Holding down the Up or താഴേക്ക് key allows the adjustment values to change rapidly.

7.2. Communication Protocol and Method
The meter uses a Modbus-like protocol for communication. The following describes how to interact with the meter as a slave device.
7.2.1. Reading Collected Values from the Display Table
The user host can read the collected values (F0-0) and display values (F0-1) from the meter. The meter's display range is determined by F0-2 to F0-4. The Modbus register address for F0-0 is 0000H, and for F0-1 is 0001H. The collected value is 0-1000, corresponding to 0-100.0%. The display value is 0-1000, corresponding to the display range set by F0-2 to F0-4. The host can also read and write other parameters (F0-2 to F0-4, F1-0 to F1-5, F2-0 to F2-5, F7-0 to F7-4).
ExampLe: If the collected value F0-0 is 60.0%, the displayed value F0-1 is 60.0. The slave (HXDSBOXAI) response data for reading F0-0 and F0-1 would be:
- Slave address (F7-0): 01H
- Modbus function number: 03H
- Start address (high byte): 00H
- Start address (low byte): 00H
- Read word count (high byte): 00H
- Read word count (low byte): 02G
- CRC (low byte): C4H
- CRC (high byte): 0BH
മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞതിൽample, the read F0-0 and F0-1 are 0258H = 600, meaning the collected value F0-0 is 60.0%, and the displayed value F0-1 is 60.0.
7.3. Networking Description Between Tables
Through the network between meters, the display value of the data collected by the master meter can be transmitted to the slave meter for display through RS485. Only one master table can exist in a network, and there can be multiple slave tables. In use, only the master table needs to set the corresponding display range, and the slave table does not need to set the display range.
7.3.1. Main Table Sends Data Through Broadcast Mode Network Diagram

Figure 7.1: Main table sends data through broadcast mode network diagram. This diagram illustrates a master meter (Main table, F7-4 is 2) broadcasting data to multiple slave meters (From table, F7-4 is 1) over an RS485 total line.
7.3.2. Table Network Diagram of Sending Data Through Address Polling

Figure 7.2: Table network diagram of sending data through address polling. This diagram illustrates a primary master meter (F7-0 is 3, F7-4 is 3) polling data from multiple slave meters (F7-0 is 1, F7-4 is 1; F7-0 is 2, F7-4 is 1) over an RS485 total line.
കുറിപ്പ്: When the master meter sends data to the slave meter through address polling, only meters with the same address as the polled address will respond. All other meters will not respond. This ensures targeted communication in a multi-device network.
8. പരിപാലനം
- Keep the meter clean and free from dust and moisture.
- തീവ്രമായ താപനിലയിലോ നേരിട്ടുള്ള സൂര്യപ്രകാശത്തിലോ ഉപകരണം തുറന്നുകാട്ടുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കുക.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the display or casing.
- Ensure all wiring connections remain secure. Periodically check for loose connections.
- If the device requires cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp
9. പ്രശ്നപരിഹാരം
- ഡിസ്പ്ലേ ഇല്ല:
- Check power supply connections (PWR, GND) and ensure the voltage is within the specified range (DC6~25V or DC8~25V depending on version).
- Verify that the power supply is active.
- Incorrect Reading:
- Ensure the input signal type (F1-0) is correctly configured for your sensor (0-10V, 2-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA).
- Check wiring for the analog input (Ai, mA, GND) to ensure it matches the sensor output.
- Review F1-2 (Input gain) and F1-3 (Input offset) parameters for proper calibration.
- Confirm the display range parameters (F0-3, F0-4) are set correctly.
- RS485 Communication Issues:
- Verify RS485 wiring (485+, 485-).
- Check F7-0 (Local address), F7-1 (Baud rate), and F7-2 (Data Format) parameters to ensure they match the master device settings.
- Ensure the communication type (F7-4) is correctly configured for your network setup (slave, broadcast host, polling host).
- Check the R and T indicator lights for activity.
- Relay Not Activating (Relay Output Version):
- Check F2-0 (Relay output status configuration) to ensure it's not set to "No control".
- Verify F2-1 (Condition type), F2-2 (Comparison value 1), and F2-3 (Comparison value 2) are set to trigger the relay under desired conditions.
- Consider the F2-4 (Hysteresis interval) which might prevent frequent switching.
- Check F2-5 (Relay status when offline) if the meter is in an offline state.
If issues persist after checking these points, consult the manufacturer's support or a qualified technician.
