    Routine inspection is recommended at least once every 6 months, with recalibration or zero adjustment performed as necessary to maintain accuracy.

  • How do I adjust the zero on an Ashcroft A2 transmitter?

    Depending on the enclosure model, zero adjustment is accessed via a side pot behind a sleeve or a top pot under a threaded cap. Use a small trim pot tool to adjust the zero within ±10% of full scale.

  • What should be done before installing an Ashcroft gauge for oxygen service?

    Ensure the instrument has been properly cleaned and is free of oil. Standard uncleaned products may contain oil which can cause ignition or explosive reactions when in contact with oxygen.
