Once you power on the display, press and hold the 'UP' (or '+') button (or click the 'M' button depending on your exact model's display panel) to switch the front headlight and taillight on or off.
For most Bodywel LED displays, you can reset the ODO (Total Mileage) by clicking and holding the '+' and '-' buttons together, then clicking the 'M' button three times.
