Dake warrants finished machines to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year (12 months) from the delivery date. Component parts are warranted for 30 days.
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must contact Dake Customer Service at (800) 937-3253 or customerservice@dakecorp.com within 30 days of shipment to obtain an RMA.
The serial number and model number are typically found on the black and gold Dake tag attached to the machine. This information is required when contacting customer support.
