The E10 error code typically indicates that the safety key is missing or not detected. Ensure the red safety key magnet is properly attached to the yellow circle on the console. The treadmill will not operate without it.
If the belt slips or is off-center, use the provided hex tool to adjust the idler roller screws at the rear of the treadmill. If the belt shifts left, turn the left screw clockwise.
